I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and the store itself was fine, but I kind of regret not checking the shipping cost more carefully before ordering. It ended up being higher than I expected, and now I’m not sure the purchase was really worth it.

I stopped in hoping to get a little guidance, but the staff didn’t really seem to know much about what I was asking. They were polite enough, I guess. But wow, it got frustrating fast. I left without much help.

I ordered a module from perfectcircuit.com and, yeah… totally grabbed the wrong one. My fault. I expected the return process to be annoying, but it really wasn’t. The return page made sense, and they replied quicker than I thought they would.
Sent it back. Waited a bit. Refund came through right when they said it would. No weird delays, no back-and-forth nonsense. Painless overall, and I’d definitely order from them again...

My order showed up on time and everything works, so to be fair, there weren’t any major issues. That said, the packaging didn’t feel as sturdy as I’d expect for synth gear. The box had a few dents and there wasn’t much padding inside, which made me a little nervous when I opened it. Luckily nothing was damaged, but I think it’s reasonable to expect a bit more protection for this kind of equipment.

I still check Perfect Circuit often when I’m looking at synths, pedals, or random modular stuff. They carry a lot of interesting brands I don’t usually see on the bigger music sites. Nice.
That said, the selection can feel a little uneven. Some sections are absolutely loaded, and then other basic accessories or more affordable options are either missing or out of stock. Weird.
Overall, I like browsing there, especially when I’m in the mood to find something unusual. But if I need a simple, straightforward set of choices, it’s not always my first stop. Fine

My order showed up right when the tracking said it would, so that was Nice. The updates were easy to follow and I always knew where things were at. I just kinda wish it had shipped a little Faster, but overall it was a smooth experience.

The warranty support was okay in the end, and they did get things sorted, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I had to check in a couple times before it really moved along.
